Just to throw in my buck and quarter (inflation), I've used
SquirrelMail, Roundcube mail and uebimiau extensively (and others
not-so-extensively), and overall I really like the default install of
roundcube, but love the available addon options and tweakability of
Squirrelmail, and in last place I'd use uebimiau.
