This sounds oddly familiar. Utopia even went as far as running the  
fiber to within a block of my house, now they are saying it will be  
at least 10 months since my neighborhood has been moved to phase 3.  
Initially my neighborhood was supposed to be installed in March of  
2006 and then kept getting pushed back. Needless to say I'm a bit  
disappointed.
