Last time I contacted Utopia (which I do about every 6 months), they 
said that their phase 2 plans were changed recently to focus on "more 
rural areas." Not sure what that means, but my house in Murray was 
supposed to be part of phase 2 (2007). Now they say I'm in phase 3, 
which is scheduled some time between 2008 and 2009.

I have 7Mbps DSL with XMission, but I would still prefer Utopia with 
XMission.
