Not to burst your bubble but don't hold your breath on the Qwest  
DSL.  They told me it would be available at my last house "in the  
next couple months" for the six years I was there.  It's still is not  
available there.

Another option that's better than dial-up but it's defintiely not a  
true broadband solution is a service provider like Blue Zone.  It's  
as cheap as dial-up but it's a bit faster, however you are limited on  
your bandwidth.
