I've been in touch with many internet providers over the last couple weeks.
I'm hoping the blog will help people everywhere realize just how important
Internet services is to people these days and how important Customer Service
is to a companies success.

Qwest is now telling me DSL will be in my area in the next couple months.
I'm hoping their serious.  This dial up line isn't fun anymore :-)

And I'm still pushing for UTOPIANET.ORG in West Jordan.  I've been attending
City Council meetings watching how things work and I wonder.  The citizen
comment period at the beginning of the meeting, can anyone rise and speak on
any issue besides the items on the agenda?

I've also emailed the city with my thoughts.  I'd like to encourage other
residents of West Jordan to get in touch with the city and encourage the
city accept UTOPIANET.ORG.
