[sllug-members]: php sending mail new server problems..

there is a new tag in the new php 5.x latest out there and it is set off
by default therefore you cannot use forms with mysql etc..did not work I
just checked them to on and it's working now.

the tag is:
register_long_arrays = On

that's it.
