I had the same experience with Comcast. When I called about it in 2006,
they said they were ok, no neighbors were experiencing the problem so it
must be me (does that sound familiar to anybody???).
We had allocated $2,000 for a new flat screen TV thinking it would
resolve the problem (as suggested by the Comcast CSR). Thank God
Comcast terminated our Internet though. We fired them about a month
later going with Dish.
Funny thing about Dish. We noticed the TV was VERY clear and crisp all
of a sudden. I so we pocketed our $2,000 and decided to wait until they
were half price. Like now :-)
Philips 50" here we come :D
It's Comcastic!
