[sllug-members]: php sending mail new server problems..

Hello I have a problem where I need some pointers from someone who may
have seen this...

I just moved a domain from centos 4.5 running apache with modsecurity
and all the other plugins. I moved it to a new faster centos 5 which is
now running the newer version of apache 2.2.6 before it was 2.0.x now I
cannot send mail from the php form I had which was working fine on the
old 2.0x apache server. I tried to disable the modsecurity but that's
not doing any good. I checked the setting in the php.ini and they look
the same. I looked at the logs but did not see any logs...
any suggestions are welcome..
