While I'm all about using email and the efficiency increases gained from it,
messages to public elected officials carry much more weight when delivered
via a phone call vs. an email. Furthermore, I'd suggest contacting both the
city counsel and the mayor's office.

I'm an IT consultant in West Jordan, and we have an office in Orem where we
can get Utopia, and it is so nice. 20 - 35 mbps down AND up! However, before
jumping on the fiber bandwagon, I think each person should understand the
costs associated with such a venture, and how their city will gather &
allocate funds for the project...but generally speaking I think Utopia has a
good thing going, and I know I want it in WJ!

Does anyone happen to know offhand exactly what Utopia requires from a city
to become part of the project?
