And I'm referring to calling once, and getting the locations of the
neighborhoods in a certain city, rather than calling several times for
each house that you look at. I would imagine that calling about a house
in Layton, for example, would reveal where and when Utopia would be
functional in certain areas.
Also, if you do purchase a house in an area that is planned, but
currently not implemented, then light calling to get updated info should
be all that is needed.
