What exactly do you need from your data center?
Consonus is nice, but is usually overkill for most people.
ViaWest is okay, but their bandwidth pricing scheme is dangerous.
XMission is my favorite to work with, all around. XMission's ONLY downside
is that their facility is not as impressive to non-technical people. After
visiting ViaWest or Consonus, the CEO-type will find XMission somewhat...
unpolished.
Tier-4 is a joke. I mean, their data center is fine, but it's a joke that
they're trying to represent themselves as a "tier-4" facility.
FiberNet has a nice facility with fair pricing. The only downside I've
noticed with them is the lack of redundancy in their network connectivity.
Fusion Networks is a nice low-cost colocation facility in Utah Valley.
And now, the shameless plug: Iodynamics offers managed Linux server
colocation in our cabinet(s) at XMission and can assist with server
management at other facilities as well. http://www.iodynamics.com/
