[sllug-members]: UTOPIA and Sandy

I haven't heard anything about Sandy however I do know White City 
Township is strongly moving forward.  Since it's a Township I'm curious 
how it will play out.

Rumors of Draper looking into Utopia and now Farmington may be joining 
it.  Things are moving along nicely.

I'm making another push for it here in West Jordan.  I feel like I've 
been bugging my City Council and the Mayor quite a bit lately.  Oh well. 
It comes with the job right :-)
