[sllug-members]: UTOPIA and Sandy

Sandy received FUD from Comcrap or Qwest back in 2004 and they decided
not to go with it, just like most of the other cities in Utah. I know
we're a small(er) group here in Utah, but if we can get enough of us
together and get some of our neighbors together, I'm sure we could make
a big enough voice that the cities would listen to us. It is after all
our tax money, right? Why not use it for something the citizens want
for a change?
