Very nice point Adam, education to alternatives can help the common person
(non-geek types) get on the "bandwagon" in helping fight for alternative
solutions or help put pressure on big companies like Comcast to put into
play fair business practices. Not making them up as they go.
I was banned from Comcast for "excessive" usage after 5-years of being a
loyal customer. I never had problems seeding or downloading torrents. If I
was still with them, I would probably be jumping ship right now. I have
been with Xmission ever since and they treat customers with respect and know
how to provide customer service, they way a company should be run.
