I wouldn't bet on it. I've been told for the last 3 years that Utopia  
will be available in my neighborhood in the next 3-6 months. Utopia  
likes to make claims as to when they'll install in a particular  
neighborhood but they rarely meet those goals. I'm in midvale and  
even live across the street from the mayor and still I'm told that  
realistically it will be late 2009 before they will be back into  
expanding midvale.
