It it amusing isn't it :-)

Friends and family in other countries wonder what's wrong with our 
Internet when they come visit.  They remark on how slow it is compared 
to what they are used to.

Let's face it.  American's have been defrauded of over 200 Billion.  I'm 
researching more about the NII (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NII) and 
hope to learn what happened and how to we force the issue.

Hell, we paid for it.  Might as well get it or a fat refund.
