What you missed is the "Other" government controlled solution is 
working.  Speak with Midvale or Murray residents if you need proof.  I'm 
sure there are some screwed up installations.  We're still human.  The 
Mayors of both cities are VERY happy with Utopia last I heard.

The argument of Private vs. Public roads can be cited here.  Or even the 
Airports argument (should every airline build their OWN airport to 
provide service?).

We enjoy public water, streets and sewage services.  I'm not an advocate 
of the government.  They have their claws into too much of our lives as 
it is.  Fortunately, Utopia is an Infrastructure and doesn't provide 
services.
