I used Speakeasy (covad DSL, qwest line, Speakeasy ISP) for my DSL. It
was awesome, but no where close to the cheapest out there. They
actually like customers. They have been bought by BestBuy in the last
year so that could all go bad soon.

I hear good things about Xmission all the time.
