[sllug-members]: Comcast_Is_Starting_The_Tiered_Internet_Whether_We_Like_It_or_Not

I had heard that fiber was voted against in Salt Lake.  Anyone know about
this?

Also I live up by the university and don't like comcast but it is either
them or qwest.  anybody know of any other ISP's that I could afford on a
student budget?  (I share my internet via wireless so I only pay $20)
