What do you mean "voted on Fiber again"? I'm a former member of the WX
City Council. I know Utopia was talked about briefly about 4 years
ago. There was no vote taken.
All of the City Council minutes for the last several years are posted
on http://www.woodscross.com. I checked the minutes for July and saw
absolutely no mention of fiber in any form. Do you know of a specific
meeting where it was talked about and they said they would vote on it
in July? I'd be very interested in that. If you even have a time
frame, I'd be willing to go search minutes.
