Unfortunately Comcast doesn't care.  They are a Government sponsored 
monopoly and will do whatever they please to whomever they please.

The ONLY way this can be solved it with an infrastructure as provided by 
Utopia or Verizon FioS.

Speaking of which.  Did you guys know you already paid for a 45 Meg pipe 
to your home and that other countries such as Japan and Korea already on 
average enjoy speeds in excess of 45 Megs to the home?

I posted it on my blog the last few days.  Very insightful.  Next time 
someone says you didn't pay for it, actually, you did.  In the tune of 
200 Billion.  Oh and that's the conservative number I've seen.

At least cities such as White City, Draper and Farmington are starting 
to look at joining Utopia now that S.B. 66 wasn't renewed.  Thank God!
