[sllug-members]: IBM t43 hard drive bios hack suggestions?

And it doesn't suck so bad if you can just find a drive that doesn't
have the issue (reference to link in my previous posting).  Some drives
have upgradeable firmware (if a newer firmware exists, that is) to
prevent the issue as well.
