I don't have a direct answer to your question, but I might be able to help
with figuring out the channel lineup. Comcast has free TV schedules on their
website (www.comcast.net, under TV) that are localized to a zip code you
input. It will give you a complete list of all the channels in the area.
(Though, I have found this to be slightly incorrect before, and it likely
lists some channels your brother doesn't have)
