I've been quite impressed with Zimbra although I have only used it on a home
network.  Backcountry.com uses it and I've heard that they like it.  I have
yet to convince the Exchange and Groupwise advocates at work, however.  They
offer a free version and a commercial version.  Scalix is another popular
choice.  I found it less polished than Zimbra.
