Qwest is currently calling DSL service w/o voice service "standalone
DSL". Possibly due to complaints about the work "naked". :) You
cannot order Standalone DSL online, you must call them and ask for it.
Also remember, You have a choice in ISPs. Qwest will stick you with
their ISP service if you don't speak up. Their ISP service is often
cheaper than most ISPs because they offer fewer services. It is up to
you what ISP you want to use.
