[sllug-members]: Broadband when DSL not available?

Thanks for your reply. I've been so very unhappy with Comcast's customer
DIS-service. When it works it works great, but it's down frequently with no
explanation. I've got to the point that the next time I have to call them
will be the last. My wife and I have cell phones and have not used a
landline in several years. I've resisted getting a landline phone due to the
cost, but if I must I'll do it to switch to DSL if I have one more major
problem with Comcast's lack of customer service.
