[sllug-members]: Broadband when DSL not available?

I use Speakeasy (ISP) with Covad (leased line from Qwest), it is great
and it is QoS guaranteed.

That was my biggest complaint with Qwest and Comcast is that if
service dropped, or wasnt as fast as I was promised there was no
recourse for it.

Comcast in my area is very hit and miss... days on end with no service.

Qwest was just not great speeds, and never reliable either.

With Speakeasy, Covad, XO, or others like them you will get a QoS that
guarantees your speeds/bandwidth, as well as uptime.
