[sllug-members]: Broadband when DSL not available?

Qwest is not the only DSL provider, though it is the best value for
money.  Integra Telecom, for instance, can provide DSL at much greater
distances from the CO than Qwest and often at COs Qwest doesn't offer
DSL at all.  However the price is higher.
