There are some ways to sync Active Directory and OpenLDAP. I haven't
actually tried any of them yet, but in my research none of them really
impressed me that much.

Another option would be to use pGina which replaces the login process on
Windows with its own which supports all sorts of mechanisms, including
LDAP.
