[sllug-members]: looking for a modem and a cheap ISP

As far as cheap, OS agnostic, dial-up ISPs go, I don't think
allvantage.com can be beat. They are $5.95 per month for unlimited
hours. I think they charge a $5 setup fee. I've helped 3 people sign
up with them and they are all very happy with it and have been using
it for around a year now.
