Red Hat's response is kind of humorous: "Unfakeable Linux".  See it at
www.redhat.com (you can't miss it, it a big banner at the top of their
page).

There are lots of insightful blog posts about this on the Utah Open
Source Plant (http://openclue.org/ut/), in particular I liked those
from Matt Asay (http://asay.blogspot.com/) who has posted several
times on the issue.
