You have to choose one or the other here. OSS can't restrict use. If you
want OSS, your main pick is GPL or BSD, depending wether you want people who
use your code to give you changes or not.

You might want to conside a GPL / Proprietary dual licensing model here. That
way if someone uses your code, they either have to give you their
changes/additions (GPL) or give you money to keep their changes private
(Proprietary).
