[sllug-members]: webmin question

No.  When you start webmin for the first time, you have to use http on port
80.  Then after you login you can configure it so it uses https on port
10000 (or whatever port you want to use.)  I kept trying to connect via
https on port 10000.  

Lessons learned: RTFM.
