It is however important to note that there is a direct correlation
between the fragility of computer parts and how expensive or hard to
replace they are.

For example:  If you buy a pair of Opterons for a new server you must
be very careful.  Looking at them funny could damage them whereas a
Pentium II processor that's been sitting in a box full of parts with
no static protection is likely to work if plugged into a system.
