I also should note that we'll most likely be more of a hands on, presentation 
light group.  We've been meeting for 3 hours (6-9) and will probably be 
making heavy use of VMware.  (Free download for server edition, just in case 
you've been hiding in a cave and didn't know.)  Not OSS, but QEMU just ain't 
there yet.  And XEN doesn't help those with MS as a base OS, nor does it 
support APM/ACPI for those with linux laptops.
