While it doesn't work for Winmodems (Which I avoid like the plague and
am quite happy not having now that Wifi is ubiquitous), often times Mac
OS X printer drivers (.ppd files) work with Linux thanks to the fact
that Apple has adopted CUPS as their printing standard too.
