I just want to chime in on this. I have a comcast commercial account
(I'm moving to uptopia/xmission as soon as I have a house). My service
went down, it was 24 hours before a tech came out to fix it. I had to
leave work to meet the tech at my place. I was reimbursed for the cost
of the service during the outage(about $3). There was no reimbursement
based on how much money I lost due to the outage.
