[sllug-members]: easy backups

If you are using gnome, you can try simple-backup 
http://sbackup.sourceforge.net/HomePage.

I use it on my home box, doing daily incrementals and weekly full 
backups to tarballs on an remote system using SSH (sftp). works wonderfully.
