You guys should move to American Fork.  We have what is left of the old 
AirSwitch system.  The City bought it and runs it as a wholesale 
operation.  I am one of the ISP's.  It gives 100Mbps to the home with a 
20MBps pipe to the backbone.  I can bring down a full CD of material in 
under 6 minutes.  I charge $34.95 for a connection.  The City pays for 
upload bandwidth, so I can download as many distros of Linux as I want to.
