Please don't misunderstand my comment, it was not a complaint.  My point was
that I can transfer as much as their cap in just under 48 hours.  My point
was a (lower than other UTOPIA providers) cap + $5 more than everyone else
simply is something to consider.  I like XMission, they have a strong
reputation as a solid ISP (strong enough that everyone here knows that, I'm
sure).  Just sharing what research I did prior to my own decision.

If you want complaints, you should ask my opinions about Comcast, who I
switched from :)
