I hope UTOPIA does beter than iProvo. There are only 2 providers in
iProvo, because the city forces every provider to provide the
"triple-play" services (internet, video, telephone).
So far, I have only used the data services of one provider and it pretty
much sucks. Several *weeks* to get a PTR record corrected in DNS.
Meanwhile, we can't send mail to a bunch of places. If we were a business
on iProvo we'd be dead by now.
I had very high hopes for iProvo, but things don't seem to be getting
better fast enough. I hope the project doesn't crumble under its own
mismanagement weight.
