FYI.  Almost every single ISP has a bandwidth cap.  Last I checked  
Comcast refused to tell anyone what it is, but they will enforce it  
when they want to. (http://www.securityfocus.com/news/7940)   
Xmission's 200GB is a very good cap comparatively.  Most ISPs cap  
around 100GB.

So I think your complaints about Xmission's cap are lame.

You should count yourself as one of the few lucky ones to be able to  
get that kind of speed.  I can't even reach 500GB in a month if I  
maxed out my 1.5mbps DSL every second  of the month.

On a side note:  Anyone downloading that much from USENET is either a  
pirate just asking to get caught and thrown in jail, or a person so  
far addicted to porn they need their head examined.  :)
