Having previously been on the City Council in Woods Cross, I'd like to
urge you to contact the City Council members requesting that they look
into UTOPIA. I brought it up many times when I was on the City Council
and every time I did, I got the response that the citizens weren't
interested in it.
The best way to let the Woods Cross City Council know that citizens
are interested is to get quite a few neighbors together and go to a
City Council meeting. At every meeting there is an open session for
anyone to bring up anything. If I were to do it, they'd just think "Oh
here goes Thad again."
