Yes, the headquarters is in Logan, but the servers are not. My experience 
with WestHost psuedo-virtual server packages is that they oversell their 
resources to the point where your websites run almost painfully slow. That 
said, their virtual server environment seems pretty nice. I found it odd, 
however, the virtual server didn't offer the 'rsync' command, which I use a 
lot and I couldn't compile it myself.
