I wish UTOPIA were available in my town (Taylorsville), but they opted
out when Qwest made promises to bring "broadband" to the neighbor
hoods. I would kill for a 15mbit connection, I am paying $100/mo for
1.5mbit (each way) with SpeakEasy.net (great ISP btw).
