[sllug-members]: Anonymous VSFTPD

Thanks for the suggestions:
The only password releted setting I could find from reading the
vsftpd.confman pages was

no_anon_password=YES


which doesn't appear to solve my problem.  As for password settings on IE I
don't know what to change or where those settings might be.  Have anything
specific in mind?

Also, Lamont mentioned that this might be caused by an "IE bug" but I
realized yesterday that I can't access the server via Firefox either which
makes me think the problem has more to do with the server than the way
browsers handle the connection.

Finally, I was able to find a group that has successfully set up an anonmous
ftp site that *is* IE friendly.  I've contacted them hopeing they can inform
me of anything I overlooked.  If they reply I'll be sure to post any
progress.

In the meantime, any other suggestions would be great!  Thanks for the help
so far.
