No, I don't think so. The model you're pointing to has 2 serial
connections (for a T1 DSU) and a single ethernet. The 8 and 16 ports are
part of an integrated hub and would be the exact same as plugging into
any other hub, meaning you can't route between ports.
I'd try something like this:

Get the 4 port ethernet card and you'll have 5 ports. Mikrotik is a
Linux-based OS and it's quite good.
