My company uses SingleEdge, since we started using them, any sort of update
takes over 30 days & I am routinely told that we cannot make an update
because of SE.

Perhaps we have the 'crappy plan', perhaps my company sucks ( won't say who
I work for) perhaps both ;) but be forewarned - research them before usign
them in case my experiences are not the exception to the rule.

On a positive note, I have not noticed any downtime.
