10.2 changed a feature where I could control the number
of logins that appeared on the GUI screen allowing you
to login.  That is, I have 6 or so people that login to
the machine but I only want two to show up in the graphical
login screen.

With 10.2 and back I used to set this up via:
If you install these logins with the GUI then they can be
     hidden in the GUI login manager by using: YaST->Security and Users->
     User Management-> Expert Options->Login Settings

However, I no longer see the option to do this here.

Where has the functionality gone?
