If you're paying an extra ~$40-$50 for a second DSL line, then it really 
is only $50+ extra for the colocation, since you could easily do without 
the 2nd DSL line. If a virtual private server is sufficient, it is even 
less expensive than the 2nd DSL line most places.

I've been happy with several we've purchased from ABMX.com - we've done 
quite a few of their $600-800 SuperMicro 1U boxes, anything from a basic 
web server up to a file server with ~3TB of disk space in a RAID 5 (not 
within that price range of course). Their service has been really good too 
when we've had to use it.
